Grooming

Grooming Policy at Chuck’s: At Chuck’s, we understand that grooming can be stressful for many dogs. To help make the experience more positive, all dogs must first complete and pass a temperament test (free of charge) before receiving grooming services. This ensures your pup is comfortable in our environment and can safely enjoy playtime with others. All grooming appointments require drop-off between 7:00–9:00 AM. This allows your dog time to relax and play with our daycare group before heading to the grooming table, instead of going straight into the process. Once grooming is complete, your dog will rejoin their designated playgroup and can remain there until pickup—whether that’s at the end of the grooming session or at the end of the day, depending on your preference. Daycare is included at no additional cost with every full groom. For your dog’s comfort, we do not use drying kennels. Every effort is made to keep the grooming experience as safe, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible.
